Our roofing division successfully completed new green, vegetative roof system installation on Ashbridges Bay Streetcar Maintenance & Storage Facility in Toronto, Ontario.

Our roofing division completed over 34,000 square feet of mod bit roof replacement on this art deco heritage building located in Toronto. This historical building was restored and now operates as an event venue called The Symes.

Our restoration team completed 11,500 square feet of roof replacement, concrete wall repairs, and new elastomeric wall coating. This involved removing and replacing protective membranes on roofs, the cooling tower pit, and all exterior walls, as well as repairing damaged concrete. We installed a new roof assembly with a polyurethane membrane, reinforcement fabric, and polystyrene insulation, and reinstated the salvaged ballast. Repairs were made to concrete walls and hoist/emergency exit roof areas, followed by a protective coating.
